I'd like to start showing my final sketches (I did several renditions before this one.) in conjunction with some of my final letterings.
The latest quote is by Confucius. (I am usually a lot more strict about only lettering quotes that I'm sure are attributed correctly, but this one was too inspiring for me to care very much.) As you can see, I spelled Confucius incorrectly in the sketch. Haha. I'm so glad I caught that.
I'm not in love with the coloring of this piece, so I'll likely play with it a little bit.
